CHG roller production line can produce various cylindrical and high-precision tapered rollers with a diameter of 15mm~ φ 1 60mm and a height of 20mm~220mm, and accuracy of G1 standard， its annual output is 1.6 million pieces.


CHG has applied around 136 sets of high-precision equipment, and different kinds of testing instruments, UT,MT,ET flaw detection instruments, spectrometers, carbon and sulfur analyzers, roundness meters, roughness meters, etc., in its production lines.


The advanced heat treatment line is a guarantee that the products can be well manufactured, quality control of the whole processing can be fully realized. The factory units of lathe processing, heat treatment, grinding are connected orderly， Defect detection, sorting, oiling and packaging can be finished in one stop.
