1. General bearing selection of high-carbon chromium bearing steel and according to the heat treatment process, the rolling bearings in normal working conditions (room temperature) operating temperature in accordance with the relevant standards, that is, through life and reliability testing and assessment.
A. Test rules see Article 5, No. 5.4 in JB / T50013-2000 "Rolling bearing life and reliability test procedures": bearing outer ring temperature not allowed exceed 80 ℃ for grease lubrication; not allowed exceed 95 ℃ for oil lubrication.
B. Test and assessment see Article 6, No. 6.2 in GB / T24607-2009 "Rolling bearing life and reliability test and assessment" national standard: the bearing outer ring temperature should not exceed 95 ℃ when circulating oil lubrication; the bearing outer ring temperature should not exceed 80 ℃ when do grease lubrication.
2. High temperature bearing operating temperature:
A. Rolling bearings use high-carbon chromium bearing steel, the working temperature between 150 ℃ ~ 350 ℃. According to JB / T2974 standard, when the working temperature between 150 ℃ ~ 350 ℃, the bearing model suffix can be marked S0 ~ S4.
B. Rolling bearings use high temperature bearing steel, the working temperature can up to 300 ℃ above, the specific working temperature according to the working conditions.
3. Low temperature bearing operating temperature:
Rolling bearings use high-carbon chromium stainless steel bearing, the operating temperature is below minus 60 ℃. The specific working temperature according to the working conditions.
