CHG wants not only to ensure products quality but also to lower Thin-section Bearing cost and increase the economic benefit thus smooth production can be guranteed.
In the past we tried to adopt pulling and cutting method to process the cage pocket hole of Thin-section Bearing but because of the soft material and thin wall it is easy to deform. Thus the dimentional tolerance of the pocket hole can not be guranteed. So currently many cage pocket holes are processed through line cutting methods. Line cutting not only increases the manufacture cost of the cage but also has many disadvantages which are concretely shown as follows: Low efficiency: about 10 cages can be cut every day. High process cost: the process cost of line cutting is far more higher than pulling and cutting; The surfacial quality of the pocket hole cannot reach the products requirement after being cut by line so the surface of the finished pocket hole should be processed in detail. Many waste products are evitablly produced. This processing methods increase manufacture cost of Thin-section Bearing and extends the production period which will affect the efficiency.
