The type of Cross cylindrical roller bearing
RA series (two-divided outer ring, rotation inner ring, ultra-thin type)
This series is the compact RB type of cross-cylindrical roller bearings with limit thickness of inner and outer rings. As RB series, they have a two-divided outer ring, and are especially suitable for applications with light weight, compact design, and high rotation accuracy of inner ring, such as rotating portions of the robots.
(2) RB series (two-divided outer ring and rotation inner ring)
This series is a basic type of cross roller bearings. The outer ring is divided into two halves and the inner ring is an integrated ring; it is especially suitable for applications with high rotation accuracy of inner ring.
(3) RE series (two-divided inner ring and rotation outer ring)
This series is also a basic type of cross roller bearings, with the same sizes as RB type. The inner ring is divided into two halves and the outer ring is an integrated ring; it is especially suitable for applications with high rotation accuracy of outer ring.(4) RU series, XU series, XSU series (integrated inner and outer rings, high rigidity, with mounting holes)
Because there are mounting holes on the outer and inner rings, the mounting flange and the support base are not required during mounting of these series of bearings. In addition, since the outer and inner rings are integrated structures, the mounting is virtually no impact on its performance, and the stable rotation accuracy and torque can be obtained. They are especially suitable for application with high rotation accuracy of outer and inner rings.
(5) SX series (two-divided outer ring, rotation inner ring, ultra-thin type)
This series is similar to RB series, with an ultra-thin design, and a smaller cross-sectional size than RB series. The outer ring is divided into two halves and the inner ring is an integrated ring; they are connected with three fixed rings and there are no mounting holes in the outer and inner rings, and the fixing flange and support base are required for mounting. The series is especially suitable for applications with high rotation accuracy of inner ring.
(6) CRB series and CRBC series (two-divided outer ring and rotation inner ring)
For CRB series of cross-cylindrical roller bearings are full complement cylindrical roller bearings without cage. The outer ring is divided into two halves and the inner ring is an integrated ring. They are especially suitable for applications with high rotation accuracy of inner ring. The inner and outer rings of CRBC series are same as CRB series, and their difference is that CRBC series has a cage.
CRBH series (integrated inner and outer rings, ultra-thin type)
This series is the ultra-thin RU series of bearings; because it is an ultra-thin design and there are no mounting holes in outer and inner rings, the mounting flange and the support base are required for mounting. In addition, since the outer and inner rings are the integrated structures and the mounting does not affect the performances, so the stable rotation accuracy and torque can be obtained. It is especially suitable for applications with rotation outer and inner rings and minimized sizes.
